   Hot dog, pizza and hamburger vouchers also include a bag of potato chips and a small fountain soda of your choice. Chicken finger voucher comes with french fries and a soda.

   Kosher voucher includes a kosher hot dog, bag of potato chips, and a 20 oz. bottled soda.

   A minimum of 25 group tickets is required in order to purchase group food vouchers.

   Vouchers may be ordered up to 48 hours prior to the game.

   There are no refunds or exchanges made on group food vouchers.

   Food vouchers can only be used for the game purchased.

   Vouchers may not be upgraded at the concession stand the day of the game.

   Prices are valid for individuals purchasing any group package.

   For ordering and inventory purposes, please contact your Group Sales Representative no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.

 Group Ground Rules

The following rules apply to all group outings at FirstEnergy Park.

 

·       A 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due for all groups at the time of booking in order to reserve the seats.  No reservation will be held without a deposit.

·       Final group numbers and final payment are due four (4) weeks prior to the date of the game.  Decreasing tickets must be done by the four-week deadline.  Any tickets that are not paid by the four-week deadline will be released to the general public.

·       No tickets will be printed until full payment is received.

·       Once tickets are purchased, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

·       All tickets are subject to availability.

·       The BlueClaws are committed to alcohol awareness and the responsibility of all our guests.

·       ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

·       Once purchased, all group tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

·       SOUTH ATLANTIC LEAGUE RULES PROHIBIT FOOD OR BEVERAGES TO BE BROUGHT INTO FIRSTENERGY PARK.

In the event your outing is postponed due to weather, your group representative will work with you to reschedule for another date.
