Fans can bring their dogs to the game and the pre-game festival that will take place outside the park beginning at 12 pm.
With live broadcasts from 95.9 The Rat and Magic 100.1, mutt-minute games and prizes, silly dog tricks, along with many more and full of four-legged festivities, this is an event that appeals to all.
For those in the market for a new four-legged friend, there will also be a Doggie Adoption Showcase, where you can leave with a new furry friend.
Of course, the dog can stay for the 4:05 BlueClaws game. There will be a pre-game "Dog Parade" around the field for owners and their dogs.
After the game, we will auction off special "BluePaw" jerseys which will be worn by the players during the game.
"Seeing a ballpark full of fans and dogs is really one of the highlights of the year," said BlueClaws GM Geoff Brown. "The fans have a great time. The dogs have a great time and we can't wait for May 14th!"
Tickets are available for Bark in the Park by calling 732-901-7000 option 2 or online at BlueClaws.com.
All dogs will need a "Pooch Pass" which is just $2 with proceeds going to a local animal shelter.
