Jobs in MiLB

What is PBEO?

Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities™ (PBEO®) is the Official Employment Service of Minor League Baseball™. The PBEO program was established in 1994 to continue Minor League Baseball's efforts in providing a year-round placement service to its member clubs and to Major League Baseball.

Job Seekers

Are you looking for employment in affiliated baseball? PBEO provides job seekers with access to our member clubs' job postings. An annual membership to the PBEO program costs $50, and includes monthly newsletters, auto-notification of new job openings fitting your criteria, articles, career tips and information on upcoming job fairs and events. Members also have 24-hour access to the PBEO job databank, where they can search through every current job opening posted by our member clubs. Most personnel changes occur between September and February.

Clubs

When a member club needs to fill a position, it can access PBEO.com to search through the databank for qualified registrants and view each member's résumé. Registered PBEO applicants are placed in the databank according to their areas of interest, geographical preference and availability.

PBEO Job Fair

The PBEO Job Fair is an annual feature of the Baseball Winter Meetings and a great opportunity to meet with representatives from professional teams, potentially interview on-site and choose from a variety of positions.

For more information about the PBEO Job Fair, visit the PBEO Job Fair website or email us at [email protected].
