Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote and enhance Minor League Baseball Clubs affiliated with Major League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment.

DBH harnesses the magic of Minor League Baseball through iconic Clubs across North America to preserve our national pastime by driving the future of the sport forward through innovation and best-in-class experiences that impact local communities and provide fun, affordable, family entertainment accessible to everyone.

In his role as President, Jeff manages the strategic direction of the business and all of its assets/partnerships specifically focusing on business development, sales, marketing, and overall business operations functions. 2018 set a milestone for the Augusta franchise as they opened the award winning and brand new $42M+ "state of the art" SRP Park. The park in its first season helped the team achieve a franchise attendance record.

Jeff spent the previous ten years at Ripken Baseball where he served as the Executive Vice President, responsible for business development efforts and executive level sales direction for the Company. Under his influence, Jeff led the start-up and management of the Aberdeen IronBirds which sold out every game under his watch for ten straight seasons, as well as the launch of the Florida State League's most successful start-up in league history, the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Jeff also worked for Mandalay Sports Entertainment starting as an Account Executive and eventually serving as the Executive Vice President of the Las Vegas Triple-A franchise. During his tenure in Las Vegas the club set franchise records in sponsorships and ticket sales.

Jeff holds Bachelors in Sports Management from the University of Maryland and has had the honor of being recognized with numerous awards such as, Executive of Year honors_, Larry MacPhail Promotional Award, John H. Johnson President's Trophy, Bob Freitas Award_ for Outstanding Minor League Operations and Baltimore's _"Top 40 under40" _by the Baltimore Business Journal.

Tom Denlinger embarks on his ninth season with the GreenJackets and his third as the Vice President after being the General Manager from 2014-2017 and after spending the previous four years as the Assistant General Manager of the Richmond Flying Squirrels. The 2020 season will mark the 18th year of working in Minor League Baseball.

A native of Paradise, PA Tom graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Sports Management. Prior to his time with Richmond, he spent time working with the Daytona Cubs, Delmarva Shorebirds and got his start in baseball with the Reading Phillies.

Did You Know:

One unique thing about Tom is that he attended the longest double header in the history of Major League Baseball, the Phillies vs. Padres on July 2nd, 1993. He and his family witnessed the first game that lasted 9 innings with two rain delays. The second game lasted 10 innings with Mitch Williams having the game winning hit. Overall time elapsed from the start of game one to the finish of game two: 12 hours and 5 minutes!

Brandon Greene embarks on his 18th season in Minor League Baseball and his 8th with the Augusta GreenJackets. In the summer of 2017, Brandon was named General Manager after being the Assistant General Manager from 2015-2017.

A native of Muncie, Indiana, Brandon graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sport and Business Administration. In 14 years Brandon has lived up the East Coast with previous stops in Daytona Beach, FL (Daytona Cubs), Allentown, PA (Lehigh Valley IronPigs) and Richmond, VA (Richmond Flying Squirrels.)

Did You Know:

In Brandon's free time, he likes spending time on the golf course, the beach, and cheering on his favorite sports teams - Reds, Colts, Indiana Hoosiers, Ball State Cardinals, and Notre Dame Fightin' Irish.

Melinda joins the GreenJackets Front Office staff fresh off the 2022 Season, having helped out in the Cash Room during games and events.

With 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in both non-profit and for-profit companies, Melinda is excited to dive into the sports world!

Did You Know: Melinda's grandson is involved in travel ball with a North Augusta team. She enjoys cheering on him and his team!

Debbie has been part of the Augusta GreenJackets since 2007 working in the Administration and Finance Department. She assists with our Game Day Hiring Process and Events. Debbie is originally from Clemson, SC.

Did You Know: Debbie once officiated a wedding and was featured on Good Morning America "Halting Holiday Stress" episode!

Austin Lowndes is in his sixth season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the Director of Ticket Sales, after spending some time with Corporate Partnerships and a few seasons in our Ticket Sales Department. Austin spent one year as the Food and Beverage Intern. He has worked various jobs in food and beverage, his favorite being bartending.

Austin was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but moved to Augusta at a young age after his father took a management position as a PGA certified clubmaker. He graduated in December 2017 with a degree in Marketing from Augusta University. Austin is a huge Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Did You Know:

Austin is hands down the funniest guy in the office, maybe even the world. He also played alongside Robert DeNiro and Zac Efron in the 2016 comedy Dirty Grandpa….as an extra on the beach.

Yari is entering her 12th season in sports (11th season in minor league baseball), and her 5th season with the GreenJackets. Before joining the GreenJackets, Yari most recently worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers and their franchise properties (AHL, NBA G-League, AFL and ESports). Her previous stints include 3 seasons each with the El Paso Chihuahuas (Pacific Coast League, '14-'16) and the York Revolution (Atlantic League, '11-'13). Originally from the "Island of Enchantment" (also known as Puerto Rico), she moved to the US in 2011 to pursue her career in sports after graduating from Universidad Metropolitana with a Major in Business Administration and Minors in Communications and Marketing.

Yari is a NY Yankees fan (#GotRings) and when the NFL is in season roots for the NY Giants.

Did You Know:

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish, since the age of 6), she's half Puerto Rican and half Dominican, she fell while horseback riding 3 times in her lifetime (as a child), has a combined 17 siblings (she comes in at #11), she has 2 Championship rings from her previous baseball franchises and was the captain of her JV volleyball teams in middle school and co-captain of her varsity volleyball teams in high school.

Jamie joined the Augusta GreenJackets team in 2021. She is an Indiana native and a life-long Braves fan. This year is her fifth season in Minor League Baseball. Her career started in Southern California, where she worked for the Lancaster JetHawks. She then relocated to Ohio to join the Dayton Dragons.

Some of Jamie’s favorite pastimes include crafting, doing home DIY’s and, of course, watching Braves baseball! She also enjoys relaxing with her husband Kris and their four cats, who she claims are the most photogenic felines who ever lived!

Did You Know:

Did you know: One of the funniest encounters she had at a game was when she first saw the Braves at Dodger Stadium. It was batting practice and Jamie was in Braves gear, surrounded in a sea of Dodger Blue. Former outfielder Mark Kotsay saw this and walked right over to her. He handed her a ball, looked around and said, “you’re awfully brave!” That very ball has been signed by several players such as Brian McCann, Mike Gonzalez, Jeff Francoeur, Charlie Morton, Omar Infante, and Hall of Famers Chipper Jones and Tom Glavine!

Milena was a Game Day Intern in 2021 working in various departments. She joined the staff as a Ticket and Group Sales Intern in 2022, and now taking a full-time position with the Sales Team for the 2023 season.

Born in Cleveland Ohio but moved down to North Augusta SC at a young age. Milena attended Columbia International University and received her Bachelors with a double major in Sport Management and Bible with a minor in Business Administration. Milena was on the Softball team as well.

Did you Know: Milena coaches fantasy football, baseball, and basketball.

Morgan joins the Augusta GreenJackets in September of 2023 as a Account Executive with the Ticket Sales Team.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Morgan attended Pennsylvania Western University-California receiving a Bachelors in Sports Management. Prior to joining the GreenJackets, Morgan was a Stadium Operations Intern for the Washington Wild Things (Frontier League) out of Washington, PA.

In addition to her internship in Washington, she was a Corporate Partnerships Intern for the Pittsburgh Penguins during the summer learning about both sales and marketing (Go Pens!)

Did you Know: Morgan coached 8th and 9th grade Girls Basketball for three years before moving to Augusta. While in College, she was President of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) Club which focused on networking and showing the support of women who wnat to work in the sports industry!

Noah joins the Augusta GreenJackets in September of 2023 as a Account Executive with the Ticket Sales Team.

Noah's hometown is Fitchburg, Massachusetts and he attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He received his Bachelors in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management.

Previously, Noah worked with the Massachusetts Pirates (Indoor Football League) for two years with their Ticket Sales Team. He also was a chef for seven years!

Did You Know: Noah is a Boston Sports Fan (Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins & Celtics) and he is trying to see every MLB Ballpark. He's currently at 14 out of 30!

Levi was a Game Day Intern in 2023, working in various departments. He joins the staff as a Ticket and Group Sales Intern for the 2024 season. Prior to the GreenJackets, he was an intern for the Lexington Blowfish and a server at Malia’s Restaurant.

Born and raised in Aiken, SC, Levi graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Sports & Entertainment Management.

Did You Know:

Levi is related to Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton, who is best known as a polar explorer associated with four expeditions exploring Antarctica, particularly the Trans-Antarctic (Endurance) Expedition that he led. Although unsuccessful, it became famous as a tale of remarkable perseverance and survival.

Tyler Henderson returns to the GreenJackets for his fourth year as Manager of Ticket Operations. He was previously a sales intern with the team during the 2016 season. Tyler was most recently the Box Office Manager for the Quad Cities River Bandits while also making stops with the Aberdeen Ironbirds, Richmond Flying Squirrels, Peninsula Pilots, and the Washington Nationals.

Tyler graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Management and minor in Sports Management.

Did you know: Tyler is a mediocre rapper.

Seth joins the GreenJackets as part of the 2024 Intern Class, but is no stranger to SRP Park!

Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Seth attended Georgia College and State University (Go Bobcats) for his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. He is currently in his second year of the PhD Program in Biostatistics at Augusta University.

Seth has previously been on the Game Day Grounds Crew for the GreenJackets, but also has experience working on golf courses, has been a landscaper, and worked at restaurants. He has also been a Math Coach and College Tutor!

Did You Know: Seth has visited 18 MLB Ballparks!

This is Catie's fourth season with the Augusta GreenJackets having joined in 2020 and bringing eight years of experience in the sports industry, six being in professional baseball. Prior to moving to Augusta, she was a part of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (NY), the Lake Erie Crushers (OH) of the Frontier League, the Frederick Keys (MD), and the Great Falls Voyagers (MT).

Native to Syracuse, NY, Catie graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with a Bachelors in Sports Management.

Did You Know: Catie took part in an Intergenerational Living Project; she spent a year living in an Independent Senior Living facility and assisted with various activities such as calling Bingo, doing nails, and leading morning stretches.

Caoilinn (Kee-lin) joined the GreenJackets January of 2023. This will be Caoilinn’s 2^nd season in professional baseball. She previously spent time in Great Falls, Montana with the Voyagers (Pioneer League) as the Promotions Coordinator. Caoilinn spent two years as an Athletics Marketing intern at the University of Alabama working across all the Division I sports on campus. She was also able to serve as a Training Camp Assistant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during their 2019 preseason.

Caoilinn was originally born in Atlanta but moved to Southern California at a young age and grew up there. She is a proud alumna of the University of Alabama’s New College. Through this program she was able to design her own major and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies and a depth study in Sports Management in 2020. She has spent time all over the country and South Carolina will be the 6^th state she has lived in.

Did you know:

Caoilinn is a huge fan of live music and has attended over 100 concerts and live performances. If she had to choose, some of her highlights would be (in no particular order) Bruce Springsteen, Hozier, Elton John, Harry Styles, The Eagles, and Trisha Yearwood.

Wes is a familiar face in the CSRA and is thrilled to be back! He joined the Augusta GreenJackets staff in 2023. Prior to moving into the sports industry, Wes worked in local television. He previously served as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at a station in Knoxville, TN and in the same capacities at WJBF NewsChannel 6 in Augusta from 2018 to 2021. Wes started out as a news producer in Huntsville, AL shortly after finishing college in 2017.

A Whitwell, TN native, Wes is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he majored in journalism.

Did You Know: While working at WJBF, Wes was on the field with the Braves at Truist Park covering the team's 2021 World Series victory.

Tyquan joins the Marketing Department as an Intern for the 2024 Class. Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Tyquan grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

He graduated from Barton College in December of 2023 with a Degree in Sports Management.

Tyquan was previously a Ballpark Entertainment & Game Operations Assistant with the Fayetteville Wood Peckers (Houston Astros - Carolina League). He also served as an Events Coordinator for Campus Activity Board at Barton College.

Did You Know: Tyquan played football, he loves tumbling, and his favorite nickname he has is "Bama"

Noah joins the GreenJackets in 2024 as the Broadcaster and Media Intern after spending the last two summers with the Lexington County Blowfish of the Coastal Plain League. He was an intern in 2022 and the Broadcasting & Media Relations Coordinator in 2023, where he was named CPL Broadcaster of the Year.

Born and raised in Burke, VA, Noah graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2023 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a minor in Sports Management. He spent four years on the baseball team and spent the last three years as the Voice of the Eagles.

Did You Know: Due to technical issues, Noah once broadcasted the opening weekend of the D3 NCAA soccer tournament with a 5 centimeter bright pink mini microphone (and it worked!)

Adam Latta kicks off his 7th season in minor league baseball, joining the GreenJackets teams in the fall of 2021, as the Manager, Retail Merchandise. Prior to Augusta, Adam worked five years with the Durham Bulls in 2015-2017, 2019 and 2021, and one year with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans in 2018.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Adam attended Coastal Carolina University and majored in Recreation and Sport Management. He graduated in 2019. Adam is an avid college basketball fan (Let's Go Duke!) and hockey fans (Carolina Hurricanes).

Adam met Zion Williamson in 2019 while he was playing for Duke!

McKenzie joins the GreenJackets 2024 Intern Class working in the Hive Pro Shop. Originally from Columbus, GA, she graduated from Columbus State University in 2023 with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing.

Throughout college, she was a Retail Sales Manager at Sassy & Southern, a local boutique in her hometown. McKenzie also worked with Ignite Sports & Entertainment as a Game Night & Events Operations Intern with the Columbus Chatt-a-Hoots during their 2023 summer season. She also worked as a Social Media Intern for the Columbus River Dragons during a portion of their 2023-2024 season.

Did You Know: If you're seeing triple, that's okay! Because McKenzie is a Triplet!

Shelby joins the Augusta GreenJackets staff in August 2023 with the Events Team. Prior to the switch, Shelby was a Team Lead at TopGold and a Bartender at Aiken Brewing Company. Shelby will be assisting guests in planning their events at SRP Park and providing a quality experience for all.

Shelby was born and raised in North Augusta, SC. She will be graduating in May 2024 from USC Aiken with a Bachelors in Communications.

Did You Know: Shelby is a huge Justin Bieber fan and has been to four of his concerts, with plans to attend more!

Andrew heads into his 8th year in baseball and third season with the Augusta GreenJackets. He joined mid-season in 2021 as the Director of Stadium Operations. Prior to Augusta, Andrew worked with the Tennessee Smokies (2016) as a Stadium Operations Intern, the Charlotte Stone Crabs (2017-2019) as the Stadium Operations Manager, and the Wichita Wind Surge (2019- May 2021) as the Stadium Operations Manager.

Andrew graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in Business.

Adam joins the GreenJackets for the 2021 Championship Season. Originally from Tehachapi, California, Adam graduated from Nazarene University with a degree in Sports Management.

Adam brings three years of baseball with him to Augusta. He started as a Sales Intern with the Boise Hawks in May 2018, then became the Food and Beverage Coordinator for two years.

Mitch joined the GreenJackets team in 2021 as an intern with the Stadium Operations Department before staying onboard with the Operations team. Originally from Suwanee, GA, Mitch attended the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!) with a degree in Sports & Entertainment and a minor in Business Administration.

Darrell Lemmer embarks on his fourth season with the Augusta GreenJackets as the Sports Turf Operation Manager. He spent a short stint with the GreenJackets in their last season at Lake Olmstead Stadium in 2017. He is responsible for daily field management, game/practice set up and other outside events.

Before joining back up with the GreenJackets he was the Groundskeeper II with the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training Complex March 2018-December 2018, the Sports Turf Manager at Jackie Robinson Ballpark from 2005-2008, Field Crew Coordinator- Softball in Athens and on the organizing committee for the Olympics, along with stints with the Arizona State Sundevils and the NFL.

Darrell was born in Schofield, Wisconsin and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in History. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf. His favorite sports teams are the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Manchester City FC & the Arizona State University Sundevils.

Jesse joins the GreenJackets as an Assistant Groundskeeper. Originally from North Augusta, SC, Jess has owned and operated his own landscaping business, Wild Oak Kand Management.

Did you Know: Jesse enjoys running marathons and has participated in ones such as the Palmetto Peach Half Marathon!
