About the Broadcast Team:

Matt Sabados was named the new Voice of the Baysox in March of 2022. No stranger to the Eastern League, Sabados spent the 2021 season working with the Erie SeaWolves, calling games and assisting in communications and content for the Detroit Tigers affiliate. Matt also made stops in the Minors with the Fayetteville Woodpeckers (Then-High-A, HOU) and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Triple-A, PHI). Sabados earned his degree in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University in his hometown of St. Louis.

Adam Pohl joined the Baysox in 2014 and serves as the team's broadcaster for select home and road games. Previously the Director of Broadcasting for the Baysox, Pohl also assisted in business development and sponsorship sales for the organization. Prior to joining the Baysox, Pohl was with the Burlington Indians (2003-04), Salem Avalanche (2005-06) and Frederick Keys (2007-13). He is also the lead voice of Mount St. Mary's Basketball in the NorthEast Conference. Pohl has broadcast the last three Orioles Minor League Championships (Frederick, 2007, 2011 and Bowie 2015) and has twice called games at the NCAA Tournament for The Mount (2014, 2017).
