ATM - There is no ATM located at AT&T Field. AT&T Field is a cashless stadium. If a guest only has cash, they can go to the Customer Service Booth to exchange cash for a gift card. Credit cards are accepted at every concession stand in the ballpark.
Autographs – Fans seeking autographs should do so by the brick wall on the 3rd base side (by the tarp) and the brick wall between Section 101. Fans may seek autographs in these areas before and after the game only.
Bathrooms - There are two sets of Men's and Women's bathrooms located in the main concourse. There is one set located by the big green gate and the other is located on the 1st base side in the main concourse. There are also bathrooms in the Budweiser Stadium Club and the 3rd-floor Skybox level.
Beer Sales - Beer sales end at the completion of the 7th inning.
Big River Beer Garden - Standing room area located on the 3rd baseline above the hitting tunnel where Big River Beer is sold.
Cameras and Video Taping - Cameras and handheld video equipment are permitted in the stadium. However, video reproductions of the game are strictly prohibited. Also, no tripods may be used that might interfere with another fan's enjoyment of the game.
Cashless – AT&T Field is a cashless facility. We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Gift Cards, and Loaded Tickets
CEMPA Community Cares Family Section – This is the designated Alcohol-Free section located in the upper box Sections 213 & 214 (including General Admission Areas above those sections) which is on the 3rd base side of the ballpark.
Concessions - There are five concession stands located in the main concourse and a variety of points of sale throughout the ballpark
Customer Service – Every fan is treated like it is their first time at AT&T Field. We create memories and put smiles on faces. If you have issues with a fan please get Rich, Andrew, or your direct supervisor involved.
Digital Tickets – All tickets are digital at AT&T Field. They can be purchased online or over the phone. Management of digital tickets is done at Lookouttickets.com. Tickets can be texted, emailed, or printed out at home.
Donation Requests - Donation requests should be forwarded to Jarrah Vella-Wright.
Dugouts - The Lookouts home dugout is located on the 3rd base side while the visitors' dugout is on the 1st base side.
Elevator - The main elevator is located in the main concourse between the Front Gate entrance and the first aid room. The elevator allows wheelchair access to the stadium seating area on the 2nd level. It will also assist fans in getting to the 3rd floor which is the Suite level. Access to the 4th floor (Press Box and Home & Visitor Radio) is for authorized personnel only.
Escalator - The escalator is located at the bottom of the hill on the corner of 3rd Street and Power Alley. It runs on game days an hour prior to gates opening and about 30 minutes after the game is over. The escalator is reversed in the 7th inning of each game.
Entrances/Exits - Fans may only enter or exit the stadium through the Main Front Gate. Patrons will be asked to use the front gate for all entrances/exits, except in the case of an emergency.
Food and Beverage Policy - Fans are prohibited from bringing food or beverage of any kind inside the stadium. This does not include baby formula or food for specific dietary restrictions.
Foul Balls - Be aware that balls and bats do occasionally leave the playing field at a high rate of speed. Fans are permitted to keep any balls hit into the stands but are not allowed to interfere with foul balls on the playing surface.
Gift Cards – Available for sale in the Team Store or at the Customer Service Booth on game nights. If a guest only has cash, they can purchase a gift card to be used at any point of sale in the stadium.
Great Clips Customer Service Booth - Located in the main concourse directly inside the front gate entrance. The booth serves as a meeting place for National Anthem check-ins, first pitches, questions, complaints, gift cards, and general Lookouts information.
Just 25 cents! - Wanda "the Program Lady" is a legend and a staple with the Lookouts going back to our days at Engel Stadium. She used to sell programs at the front gate for $0.25...just $0.25! Now programs are FREE, but Wanda is still at it!
Kids Club - Little Debbie Little Lookouts program is for children 12 and under and has some great perks! Members of the kids club will gain free entry to every Sunday home game, get a Little Lookouts-only picnic, a post-game autograph session, and an exclusive membership card. All registration for the Little Debbie Kids Club goes through the Team Store.
Left Field Party Deck - *Picnic area located field level down the 3rd baseline. The picnic area is great for medium to large company outings accommodating up to 175 people. The Party Deck has great views of the field and is shaded. Please see the Group Sales department for availability and further information
Loaded Tickets – Value that is added onto the ticket and is redeemable at any point of sale in the stadium.
Lookouts Lounge - Picnic area located down the first baseline. The Lounge features an upgraded menu, two private patios, restrooms, a bartender, and air conditioning. The best option for a group (25-100 people) looking to impress their guests or beat the heat.
Lost & Found - All lost and found items should be returned to the Information Booth. If you have lost an item, please call (423) 267-4849.
Media - All members of the media are required to have a media pass which should be displayed while at the ballpark. If a media member does not have the proper credentials, please contact Dan Kopf at [email protected].
National Anthem - Must be scheduled in advance through the Group Sales Department.
On-field Access - As per Southern League rules, only authorized personnel are allowed on the field before, during, or after the game. Any unauthorized personnel will be removed from the stadium.
Parking - There is a parking garage located at the corner of 3rd and Chestnut Street, a Republic Parking lot located on Power Alley, and street parking throughout downtown. Lookouts staff members can park at their own risk at the ballpark Sunday – Thursday. Friday and Saturday we park in the garage. Staff members can park at the ballpark at any time unless otherwise notified.
Picnic Areas - The three picnic areas (CHI Memorial Picnic Pavilion, Budweiser Party Deck, The Lounge) are available for nightly rental and sold through the Group Sales Department. The Picnic Pavilion is located above right field, the Party Deck is down the 3rd baseline (field level), and the Lounge is down the 1st baseline.
Picnic Pavilion - Covered picnic area located above right field. With great views of the field and the river, the Pavilion is rented out nightly for groups of 50-300. Contact the group sales department for available dates and further details.
Press Box - Located on the 4th floor along with the Home and Visitor Radio booths. Access is limited to press, production staff, and Lookouts Management.
Rain Policy - In the event that 5 innings of baseball are not played, tickets may be exchanged for any remaining regular season home game, subject to availability. In the event of a rain delay, there are no refunds or exchanges. We do everything we can to play each and every game.
Re-entry - Fans will be allowed to leave the stadium and re-enter at no cost. Fans must have their ticket stub prior to exiting the stadium.
Scoreboard Messages - For every Lookouts home game, fans have the opportunity to post a message on the video board with a $3 donation. Messages must be filled out at the Customer Service Booth prior to the 4th inning. Messages will then scroll during the 7th inning.
Suites - There are 15 Suites at AT&T Field. They start with Suite 301 (Lookouts Loft) on the 3rd base and continue to Suite 315 (Killebrew’s Korner) located down the 1st base line. There is one 32-person box (Loft), thirteen 24-person boxes (302-314), and one 14-person box (Korner).
Smoking Policy - Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas at AT&T Field. Under no circumstances is there to be smoking in the stands. There are designated smoking areas throughout the ballpark. One is located directly outside of the front office and the other is beside Section 101 and below the picnic pavilion area. Smoking is allowed upstairs on the Skybox level in designated areas.
Tailgating - Alcohol consumption is not allowed outside of AT&T Field. With our facility tailgating doesn’t happen.
Umbrellas - Umbrellas are permitted at AT&T Field. However, if there is a complaint about an umbrella impeding another fan's view of the game, an usher may ask the fan with the umbrella to kindly lower the umbrella as to not impede other fan's views.
Will Call - Will Call is no longer available at AT&T Field. All our tickets are digital!
