ACCESSIBILITY


Chukchansi Park meets or exceeds all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase accessible seats based on availability. Others in their party may receive seats as close as possible to the accessible seating. In most cases Chukchansi Park staff can pull out additional seating for guests should seating be limited for their companions. If a guest did not purchase a ticket in accessible seating but needs one, Grizzlies Management may be able to transfer tickets to the accessible seating area. Guests may enter the park at any open gate. Gate 2 (H street) provides an access ramp. All other gates are accessible. For access to the Club and Suite levels, an elevator is available in the VIP Lobby. For access to the Dugout Club, an elevator is located behind Section 123. These elevators can only be accessed by having the appropriate ticket that corresponds to the section in which elevator access is required.

ADVANCE TICKET WINDOW


The Grizzlies advance ticket window is located on the concourse, near the ATMs behind Section 120. At the advance ticket window, guests can purchase tickets to future games and learn about ticket package and group outing opportunities.

ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT
 

Chukchansi Park guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Each guest is limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction. All alcohol sales will conclude at the end of the 7th inning. Stadium Management reserves the right to discontinue sales at any time. Guests will not be allowed to bring alcohol into or out of Chukchansi Park. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the parking lots.

 

 

ANIMALS

Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome at Chukchansi Park. Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted in the ballpark except on designated Bark in the Park events.

 

ATM

 

ATMs are located behind Sections 108-109 and 118-119 on the main concourse. The ATM charges a service fee per transaction.

 

AUTOGRAPH REQUESTS

Autographs may be requested by Grizzlies or visiting players 15 minutes prior to game times as long it does not interfere with pre-game routines by players and coaches. The best access for pre-game autographs is Section 120 closest to the walls of playing field. Guests may not block stairs as it is a safety hazard. Post-game autographs by Grizzlies players may be obtained at the same location. Visiting player autographs can be requested by the player access tunnel wall near section 126-127. ALL AUTOGRAPHS ARE SUBJECT TO PLAYER DISCRETION. Please note that players may not be able to give autographs for various reasons such as time constraints, travel times or other conflicts.

BABY CHANGING TABLES

Chukchansi Park is a family-friendly facility. Baby changing stations are located in both male and female restrooms throughout the concourse.

 

BACKPACKS/BAGS/PURSES

 

For the safety of our fans, backpacks, bags and purses will be searched prior to admittance into Chukchansi Park.

 

 

BANNERS

Commercial banners and signs are not allowed in Chukchansi Park without express written consent from the Fresno Grizzlies. Personal signs are allowed as long as they do not, in any way, hinder game play. If a sign is offensive, inappropriate or hinders game play, the guest will be asked to be put it away or it will be removed by staff.

 

BATTING PRACTICE


Batting practice times vary based on home and visiting team schedules. On most days, batting practice will conclude prior to the opening of the Chukchansi Park gates (one hour before game time).

 

BEVERAGES, FOOD & CONTAINERS

 

In accordance with Minor League Baseball and Pacific Coast League guidelines, no bottles, cans, foods, beverages or containers may be brought into Chukchansi Park, with the exception of sealed/unopened bottled water in a 1-liter or smaller plastic bottle (one per person). Exceptions will be allowed for infants and for those people with special dietary needs. All bags are subject to search.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Chukchansi Park and the Grizzlies are happy to announce birthday and anniversary greetings on the public address system each night. Guests are welcome to submit these messages to the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116 prior to the top of the third inning. Except in the case of emergencies, we cannot page guests over the public address system.

CAMERAS/VIDEO


Guests are welcome to bring still and video cameras into Chukchansi Park and may take pictures from their seats during the game. Guests are requested to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. Tripods are not permitted in the stadium.

 

CHILD ADMISSION


Children under the age of three and who share a seat with an accompanying adult are admitted free of charge.

 

 

CHILD ID BRACELETS

 

Child ID Bracelets are available at the Fun Zone on the right-field concourse. Child ID Bracelets will be hand written with the seat location and contact phone number of their party in case the child is separated.

 

COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS

Fans may share comments and/or suggestions during games at the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116.

 

CONCESSIONS

Chukchansi Park offers a variety of concessions items for all tastes. In addition to hot dogs, peanuts and other traditional ballpark favorites, the menu includes many specialty food items. Carts located throughout the stadium offer specialty sausages, Philly cheese steaks, Mexican entrees, and many other delicious items. Professional Sports Catering is the official food service provider for the Fresno Grizzlies. Any inquires or comments regarding food service, please contact PSC at (559) 320-2520.

 

COOLERS/CONTAINERS/FOOD/DRINKS

DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
Wheelchair escorts are available at any gate by contacting security personnel or a ticket taker. Parking is available in Lot 1 at the corner of Kern and H Streets. A current disabled placard is required to park in these reserved spots.

 

DONATION REQUESTS

 

The Grizzlies are happy to make in-kind donations to charitable organizations who positively impact our community. We ask those who are interested to submit the online form at least four weeks prior to their event. The Royals restrict our donations to organizations that reside within our five-county drawing area (Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Madera and Merced).

ELEVATORS


For access to the Club and Suite levels, an elevator is available in the VIP Lobby. For access to the Dugout Club, an elevator is located behind Section 123. These elevators can only be accessed by having the appropriate ticket that corresponds to the section in which elevator access is required. In the event of an emergency evacuation of the stadium or during inclement weather, elevators will be used for guests with disabilities only.

 

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES


If there is any type of emergency situation that might cause a delay of the game or an evacuation of Chukchansi Park, please direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the public address system. Grizzlies event staff will also provide direction in an emergency situation. Guests with special needs should contact the nearest Grizzlies event staff member for assistance.

 

EXIT AND RE-ENTRY

 

Guests are NOT permitted to exit and re-enter Chukchansi Park at any stadium entrance. Guests will need to buy an additional ticket in order to exit and re-enter.

FAN INTERFERENCE


To ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests and players, interference with a ball in play or trespassing onto the playing field is prohibited.

 

FAN MAIL


Grizzlies players welcome fan mail and will make every effort to answer all letters. However, due to the volume of mail it may be impossible to respond to everyone. If a response is desired, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Letters to Grizzlies players should be addressed to the player c/o Fresno Grizzlies, 1800 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Please keep in mind there is risk involved in mailing an item to either the Grizzlies or to a player. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Grizzlies players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.

 

FIELD TRESPASSING

 

Any guest attempting to enter the field of play before, during or after an event without authorization will be removed from the stadium and subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.

 

FIREWORKS

FIRST AID


The First Aid Station is located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 124. If immediate medical attention is required, please contact the nearest Grizzlies staff member for assistance.

 

FOUL BALLS (and other flying objects)


Guests are permitted to keep any baseballs hit into the stands. Batted balls and other objects leaving the field of play can be dangerous. We ask that you stay alert at all times. However, guests may not enter the field to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls in play. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field of play (violators will be subject to ejection). Also beware of broken bats that may enter the stands during the course of the game. These bats are not souvenirs and must be returned to the player. Please pay attention to the action on the field at all times.

 

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

G-FORCE

 

The G-Force is a fun and energetic bunch dedicated to enhancing every Grizzlies fan's game day experience. From tossing T-shirts into the stands to interacting and entertaining Grizzlies fans of all ages, the G-Force is a group of true Fresno baseball fans with a passion for the game!

 

GATES OPEN


Gates open one hour prior to game time. Season ticket holders are allowed admission one-and-a-half hours prior to game time. In some cases, gates may open earlier to tend to crowd needs.

 

GIFT CARDS


Grizzlies gift cards are available in any amount over $10 purchases can be made in the Team Store.

 

GIVEAWAYS

 

Promotional items, or "Giveaways," are available on selected game dates to guests with a valid, paid ticket on a first-come, first-serve basis. Grizzlies policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Chukchansi Park. An eligible fan is a fan that meets the advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items.

 

 

GROUP OUTINGS


Group outings with the Grizzlies are perfect for corporate events, church groups, team functions, birthday parties and more. Groups of 20 or more receive multiple benefits when attending a game. Benefits include scoreboard recognition, preferred seating as a group and a group leader information kit to help promote the event. GUEST CONDUCT


Chukchansi Park and the Grizzlies provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Following are guidelines for expected guest conduct:

 

  • Guests are not permitted to interfere with other guests' ability to enjoy the game
  • Obscene or indecent clothing is not allowed on stadium property
  • Foul or abusive language or gestures are not allowed on stadium property
  • Sitting in seats for which guests are not properly ticketed is prohibited
  • In no way should a fan interfere with game play

 

Those observing other guests violating the Grizzlies' policies should report the incident to the nearest Grizzlies event staff member.

 

GUEST COURTESY


For the comfort and enjoyment of everyone, the Grizzlies encourage all guests to be courteous and restrict movement in the seating areas during play. When returning to your seat, please wait for a break in the action before entering the aisles.

GUEST SERVICES

 

The Courtesy Booth is located on the concourse behind Section 116. Fan experience representatives are available to help with a variety of concerns, including lost children, first aid needs and other general inquiries. In addition, the Courtesy Booth is the place to sign up for Grizzlies promotional activities and contests.

HEALTHY OPTIONS

 

Healthy concession items can be found at portable carts throughout the stadium. Options include, but are not limited to, salads, fruits and a variety of vegetables.

KIDS RUN THE BASES


The Grizzlies offers children 14 and under the opportunity to run the bases after all Sunday home games. Listen to the public address announcer for specific directions on the Kids Run the Bases. The child must be accompanied by one adult if the child is unable the run the bases on their own. Children will line up to come down Section 123 and proceed down the stairs to the field then exit up Section 120-121 stairs.

LOST AND FOUND
 

During a game, you may inquire about lost and found items at the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116. To inquire about lost or found items after a game, please call (559) 320-4487 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or email [email protected], providing a description of your lost item.

 

LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS

 

Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a stadium staff member to the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116. All children are encouraged to visit the Courtesy Booth for a Child ID Bracelet when they first arrive.

 

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS


In some cases, lost or stolen tickets can be re-printed. For more information, please contact the Grizzlies Ticket Office.

MASCOT

Parker T. Bear is our resident bear mascot for the Fresno Grizzlies. He was brought to us at the beginning of the 2006 season. He enjoys baseball, crowds, hotdogs and baseball. Parker can be booked for off season events at https://www.milb.com/fresno/fans/parker.

 

MILITARY AND VETERAN DISCOUNTS

ALL single game tickets will be discounted by two dollars for veterans and active duty military.  Veterans and those with a valid military ID will be able to take advantage of the discount at all ticket levels for any home game at Chukchansi Park.  

The discount is only valid in person at the Chukchansi Park ticket office, for ID purposes. Day-of and walk-up tickets can be purchased for virtually all Grizzlies' home games, in a variety of sections.  Calling the ticket office ahead of time (559-320-TIXS) is also encouraged to check on availability.  Tickets for anyone in the party of a veteran or active duty military member will also be discounted by $2 (maximum eight tickets).

 

MOBILE APP

Fans can stay in tune with the Fresno Grizzlies games by downloading the MiLB app from the App Store. The app allows fans to get live game action. The app also features scores, stats and game schedule.

 

MOBILITY-IMPAIRED SEATING


Seating is available for our guests with mobility impairments in all seating categories throughout Chukchansi Park. For more information, please contact the Grizzlies Ticket Office.

NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMERS


Guests interested in performing the National Anthem before a home game should send a demo CD, DVD or tape (audio or video) with a contact name and a daytime phone number to: Fresno Grizzlies, 1800 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721. National Anthem tapes will not be returned.

 

NIGHTLY SUITE RENTALS


Chukchansi Park suites are the perfect setting for your next special event. One Chukchansi Park suite is available for single game rentals. The suite rental includes 20 tickets to the game and exclusive use of the suite. For more information and to reserve space for your group, please contact the Grizzlies office.

 

NURSING ROOM

 

The First Aid office is available for nursing mothers; it is located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 124.

OFFICIAL GAME


A game is considered official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed if the Grizzlies are in the lead, 5 innings if the Grizzlies are losing at the time of the delay. (See also RAIN CHECKS, RAIN DELAYS)

PARKING


There are numerous parking options available when attending a Grizzlies home game or special event at Chukchansi Park. There are 2,000 spaces in the immediate vicinity. Parking is controlled by the City of Fresno contractor SP+. These lots are located on H Street and Kern, the spiral lot on Van Ness and Inyo and the EOC lot located on Tulare and H St. These parking lots require a $7.00 entry fee. Additional lots are available on bigger nights such as Opening Weekend or Taco Truck Throwdown.

 

PAGING SERVICES

Paging is available for extreme emergency situations only. Should an emergency exist, please contact a Grizzlies staff member or go to the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116. The Grizzlies reserve the right to deny any PA announcements.

 

PARKER

  • Banners or signs larger than 4' x 8', may not be commercial, political or obscene (May not block guest views or any ballpark signage)
  • Bats, full-sized brooms, sticks or rods (except small souvenir bats)
  • Bicycles (may be parked at approved bike parking at gates)
  • Bubble-making devices
  • Drones, remote-controlled unmanned aerial vehicles or other motorized vehicles/devices
  • Drugs or other illegal substances/paraphernalia (including medical marijuana)
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks or other incendiary devices
  • Frisbees, footballs or other throwable sports devices
  • Glass containers of any type
  • Hard-sided coolers
  • Hover boards

RADIO BROADCASTS


KRDU 1130 AM in Dinuba, an iHeartMedia station, will broadcast all 140 Grizzlies games and any playoff games live. All radio broadcasts can be heard free of charge at FresnoGrizzlies.com and on the MiLB app.

 

RADIOS/TELEVISIONS

 

Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Chukchansi Park as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Grizzlies reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.

 

RAINOUTS


Rainouts and unplayed games due to inclement weather are an inevitable part of outdoor baseball. Valid rain checks may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular-season Grizzlies home game, subject to availability and group ticket policies. Specific information regarding any canceled game is available by calling the Grizzlies Ticket Office at (559) 320-8497 or by visiting www.fresnogrizzlies.com.


In the event an official game is not played, the following rain check policy will apply:

Valid rain checks may be exchanged in person at the Grizzlies Ticket Office or any gameday ticket window. Exchanges may also be made by mailing your rain check to the Grizzlies Ticket Office, 1800 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Please include your name, address, phone number and requested game date. Please allow 10 days for mailing.

 

RAIN DELAYS


According to Minor League Baseball rules, prior to the start of a game, the home team is the sole judge as to conditions of the playing field. During a game, the umpire-in-chief is the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended because of unsuitable weather conditions or unfit condition of the playing field, whether and when play shall be resumed after such suspension, and whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. The umpire-in-chief shall not call the game until at least 30 minutes after he has suspended play, and may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is a chance to resume play. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. The umpire-in-chief's authority to resume play following one or more suspensions of as much as 30 minutes each shall be absolute, and the umpire-in-chief shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no reasonable possibility of completing the ballgame. If a game is postponed or not played because of inclement weather or other reason, rain checks may be exchanged for any regular season game (subject to availability) either by mail or in person at the Grizzlies Ticket Office. Women's restrooms are located behind Sections 107-108, 111-112, 115-116 and 126-127. Men's restrooms are located behind Sections 107-108, 111-112, 115-116 and 126-127. Special needs restrooms are located behind Sections 112-113, 124-125, 214 and 224.

SCHEDULES

Pocket schedules are available at the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116. The schedule is also available at the Ticket Office, Club & VIP lobby, online at www.fresnogrizzlies.com and on the MiLB First Pitch app.

SCORECARDS

Scorecards are available inside the free Play Ball magazine distributed at entrance gates or at the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116.

SEASON TICKETS

The Grizzlies offer a wide range of ticket packages - from seven games to all 70 home games. Ticket packages are the best way to secure the best seats to the best games. For more information, please call the Grizzlies Ticket office at (559) 320-8497.

SEATING POLICY

Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. If there is and confusion as to where a guest's seat is located, please contact the nearest usher or the Courtesy Booth located on the concourse behind Section 116 for assistance. We ask guests to be considerate of entering the seating area while the game is in play so that all guests can enjoy their experience.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is only allowed at Gate 7 behind Section 109, also known Tulare Plaza.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Chukchansi Park is the perfect venue for concerts, trade shows, business meetings, wedding receptions, corporate outings and more. Chukchansi Park is available 12 months of the year for rentals.

SPRING TRAINING

The Grizzlies major league affiliate, the Colorado Rockies, conducts spring training in Scottsdale, Arizona.

STANDING

Guests visiting Chukchansi Park are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Grizzlies' intent to limit guests' enjoyment of the game and we encourage cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be tolerated.

STROLLERS/BABY CARRIERS

Strollers and baby/infant carriers are permitted in Chukchansi Park. Tickets are not required for strollers and may be stored at owner own risk under the barricaded stair wells behind each section. The Fresno Grizzlies do not assume the responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

SUITES

The suite level offers fans the best view of the ballpark. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office and through a sales representative of the Fresno Grizzlies.

TAILGATING

Parking lots are not controlled by the Fresno Grizzlies therefore tailgating is strictly prohibited in all parking lots. The City of Fresno does not allow any patrons to participate in tailgates

TEAM STORE

The Team Store is open during every Fresno Grizzlies home game throughout the season. During pre-game and games, the store is only accessible from the stadium concourse entrance.

TELEVISION

Games will be televised live on "MyCentralValley," over the air station 7.1, Comcast Xfinity channel 713 HD (13 SD), and on channel 53 for local fans with DirecTV, AT&T U-verse and dish Network. TICKET UPGRADE POLICY

Based on availability, previously purchased tickets may be upgraded to Reserved Box tickets on game day at the Grizzlies Ticket Office.

TOURS

Get a behind-the-scenes look at Chukchansi Park!

On gamedays, the Grizzlies offer a program called Field Pass, which is a free 30-minute pre-game behind-the-scenes tour that includes a player meet-and-greet with autograph, photo opportunity in the dugout and on the field. Field Pass is open to all Grizzlies fans, but must be scheduled in advance as there is a 25-guest limit per game.

On non-gamedays, the Grizzlies are pleased to offer tours of Chukchansi for a variety of groups. Availability of tours will be based on stadium and staff availability.

TRYOUTS

The Grizzlies do not offer open tryouts for the team. All of the players on the Grizzlies are scouted, recruited and signed to contracts by our Major League partner, the Colorado Rockies. The Major League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country and can be reached at (909) 980-1881.

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are NOT allowed in Chukchansi Park. Exceptions due to inclement weather may be made at the discretion of management.

VENDING/LEAFLETING

Vending, product sampling and campaigning is prohibited on Chukchansi Park property.

 

VETERAN AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS

ALL single game tickets will be discounted by two dollars for veterans and active duty military.  Veterans and those with a valid military ID will be able to take advantage of the discount at all ticket levels for any home game at Chukchansi Park.  

The discount is only valid in person at the Chukchansi Park ticket office, for ID purposes. Day-of and walk-up tickets can be purchased for virtually all Grizzlies' home games, in a variety of sections.  Calling the ticket office ahead of time (559-320-TIXS) is also encouraged to check on availability.  Tickets for anyone in the party of a veteran or active duty military member will also be discounted by $2 (maximum eight tickets).

Live video streaming of every game can be found at www.milb.tv for a controlled fee outside of the Fresno Grizzlies.

WATER FOUNTAINS/ WATER

Water Fountains are located near every restroom along the concourse. Please ask an usher if you experience difficulty finding the nearest drinking fountain.

The will call windows are located at the Ticket Office on H Street just north of Kern Street. The will call window is marked with a sign that reads, "Toyota Pickup Window." State or government photo identification is required along with credit card verification.
