Cashless Payment Policy

Dow Diamond has transitioned to a cashless venue for ALL sales in 2022, includes parking, ticket sales, concessions, and Loon Loft purchases.

For fans wishing to use cash, Dow Diamond will be utilizing two “Reverse ATM” cash to card kiosks. The Reverse ATM will issue a pre-paid Mastercard debit card for the amount they exchanged. The pre-paid debit card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, even outside of Dow Diamond. Service is free of charge to fans. The Loons are covering all expenses and fees associated with the service.

Benefits: Multiple locations throughout ballpark (up from just one at Guest Services), faster service and shorter wait times in concession lines by being card only, and faster transaction time, no long line at Guest Services

Mobile Ticketing Policy

Mobile tickets offer our guests a safer, contactless ticketing experience and will be utilized to the fullest extent possible.

Our system has been updated for 2022. Please familiarize yourself with the mobile ticket interface before your first game.

All tickets will be sold online at Loons.com or over the phone by calling 989-837-2255.

The Dow Diamond box office will be open for walk-up ticket purchases Monday – Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Ticket Policies and Guidelines:

Mobile tickets will be utilized to the fullest extent possible. Our system has been updated, which will provide better, safer, contactless service for fans.
The Dow Diamond box office will be open for walk-up ticket purchases Monday – Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. All tickets will continue to be digitally delivered to fans’ emails in an effort to provide contactless service. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets at Loons.com for quicker service.
When purchasing tickets, please be sure to provide an email address to receive the most up-to-date information related to Dow Diamond COVID-19 Guidelines.
Private seating venues are now available for reservation for games throughout the 2022 season at 2019 seating capacities. These include luxury suites (20 tickets), Pier 47 (24 tickets), and the Shoreline Box (16 tickets). Reservations for future games can be made by contacting the Dow Diamond box office.

Pre-Game Policies and Guidelines:

Dow Diamond is utilizing a cashless transaction plan for all sales for the 2022 season. This includes: parking, ticket sales, concession sales, and Loon Loft merchandise. Guest without debit, credit, or mobile payment capabilities can convert cash into a Mastercard debit card at the two "Reverse ATM" machines with NO FEES or EXTRA CHARGES. Gift cards can be loaded with $1-$500 in a single transaction. The pre-paid debit card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, even outside of Dow Diamond.
Accessible parking will be available for offline, drive-up purchases on the day of Loons games on a first-come, first-serve basis, while parking spots are available. Fans are still highly encouraged to pre-purchase their parking prior to traveling to Dow Diamond on the Clutch! App.
