ADA SEATING

ADA Seating is available behind the back row of our sections at Dunkin' Park. Please call 860-246-GOAT (4628) to speak to a ticket sales representative to ensure seat that will accommodate your needs. An elevator behind section 111 is accessible for those fans with tickets for the Premium Level or Dugout Suites. There is a ramp located on Pleasant Street, with access to the concourse or the Main Gates located at the intersection of Main and Trumbull Street.

ADA PARKING

The Hartford Yard Goats work with The Hartford Parking Authority and LAZ Parking for various parking options around Dunkin' Park. Dunkin' Park is located in downtown Hartford with an address of 1214 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103.

ALCOHOL

No alcoholic beverages may be brought through any gate into Dunkin' Park nor may any alcoholic beverages be taken out of the facility. Connecticut law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21; proper age identification is required for anyone purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at Dunkin' Donuts Park. All alcohol sales will conclude at the end of the 7th inning on a regular basis, however the Yard Goats management reserves the right to discontinue alcohol sales without notice and/or refuse the sale of alcohol to any individual.

ANIMALS

Dunkin' Park welcome Service Dogs utilized by our guests with disabilities.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS

Changing stations will be located in every restroom at Dunkin' Park.

BEVERAGES, FOOD & CONTAINERS

To ensure the safety of our fans, no cans, bottles, plastic containers, boxes, coolers or food packages will be permitted to be carried inside Dunkin' Park. Please be advised that all bags are subject to search at any time while at Dunkin' Park.

BUSINESS OFFICE

Yard Goats administrative office is located on-site at Dunkin' Park and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Our phone number is 860-246-GOAT (4628).

CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT

We encourage the use of cameras and video cameras at Dunkin' Park however, fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with any other fans enjoyment of the game.

CHILDREN

Children ages three and under may be admitted to Yard Goats games without a ticket, but need to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages four and above require a ticket.

CHOMPERS & CHEW CHEW MASCOT APPEARANCES

Requests for an appearance from our mascots Chompers or Chew Chew must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. Please fill out the mascot request form here.

CONDUCT

No abusive language spoken and/or worn or any behavior that can be viewed as offensive to others will be tolerated anywhere at Dunkin' Park. Fans are strictly prohibited from entering the playing field at any time. Failure to adhere to Dunkin' Park policies will result in ejection from the stadium.

Dunkin' Park accepts the four major credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

DIRECTIONS

From the West: Take 84 East to Exit 50 (Main Street). Take Exit 50 toward Main St. Use the left lane to merge onto Chapel St S. Turn left onto Trumbull St. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Main St.

From the East: Take 84 West to Exit 50 (US-44 W/Morgan Street). Follow I-91 S/Main St. Take a slight right onto Main St.

From the North: Take 91 South to Exit 32A - 32B (Trumbull St). Continue straight onto Trumbull St.

From the South: Take 91 North to Exit 32A - 32B (Market St). Use the left lane to take Exit 32A-32B for Trumbull St. Continue straight onto Trumbull St.

ELEVATOR

Dunkin' Park will feature two elevators, which are located on the concourse behind home plate and center field.

FIRST AID

First Aid at Dunkin' Park is provided by AMR. The First Aid room is located on the Main Concourse level behind home plate.

GATES OPEN/CLOSED

Gates at Dunkin' Park open an hour prior to game time on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's games. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday gates open 1:30 hours prior to game time. Guests with tickets to the YG Stadium Club presented by The Connecticut Lottery will be allowed in the gates an hour and a half before game time. Gates will close 30 minutes after the end of the game.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards for the Hartford Yard Goats can be purchased for any amount at the Retro Brand Team Store or Click It or Ticket Box Office.

GIVEAWAY POLICIES

The Yard Goats policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Dunkin' Park. An eligible fan is a fan that meets the advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items.

HARTFORD YARD GOATS CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

The Yard Goats Foundation is a Connecticut based non-profit organization dedicated to providing social, educational and scholarship opportunities for the youth in our surrounding communities in connection with the activities of the Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club.

Items can be turned in to, or retrieved from, the NBCCT & Telemundo Guest Services Station located behind on the main concourse level behind home plate.

MERCHANDISE

Yard Goats pocket schedules are available at the ticket windows, NBCCT & Telemundo Guest Services Station, Retro Brand Team Store and other locations within Dunkin' Park. RADIO BROADCAST

Yard Goats games are broadcast live on New Radio 1410 WPOP at www.newsradio1410.com or via the iHeartRadio app. Jeff Dooley is the "Voice of the Hartford Yard Goats."

RAIN OUTS

In the event five innings of one game are not completed, your ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any remaining 2023 regular season home game, based on availability. Your ticket may be exchanged at the Click It or Ticket Box Office at Dunkin' Park. There will be no refunds issued.

KID'S CLUB

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout the concourse and are ADA accessible. Family restrooms are located throughout Dunkin' Park as well.

SECURITY

All fans and their bags are subject to inspection upon entering Dunkin' Park. Glass, alcohol, bottled water, food, weapons, laser pointers and any other objects deemed disruptive by security are not permitted into Dunkin' Park.

SMOKING

There is no smoking allowed in Dunkin' Park including E-Cigarettes and Vapor.

SPECIALTY EVENTS

STROLLERS

Strollers are allowed at Dunkin' Park and may be stored under guests' seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles or stairways.

SUITES

Dunkin' Park has 18 Luxury Suites and 2 Dugout Suites. Luxury Suites are sold on a seasonal basis as well as nightly rental. Dugout Suites are available on a per game basis only. Call the tickets office for more information at 860-246-GOAT(4628).

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are permitted into Dunkin' Park, we just ask that spectators do not have them open while the ball is in play.

VIDEOBOARD MESSAGES

To have a birthday or special message displayed on the LED message board please go to the CTfastrak Guest Services Station located on the Main Concourse behind home plate. There is a $25 charge with the proceeds going directly to the Yard Goats Charitable Foundation. For More information, please call 860-246-GOAT(4628).

WILL CALL

Tickets that have been purchased and left for pick up at Will Call can be claimed at the Will Call windows at our Click It or Ticket Box Office at the Corner of Main & Trumbull Street. Proper identification is required to claim the tickets.
