Direct fans to their seats, provide information, a smiling face and maintain control in assigned section; including walking the aisles between innings, checking on foul balls in stands. Should be able to answer fan questions in a friendly and polite manner while having a good knowledge of Atrium Health Ballpark. A strong customer service background is helpful.

Ticket scanners will greet all fans at Atrium HealthBallpark and will ensure all fans have a proper ticket for that day's game and scan tickets of each person entering the stadium, while also being able to provide information and directions about the stadium and seats. Ticket scanners may also aid in distributing promotional items on heavy nights and will help aid in efforts to keep prohibited items out of the ballpark. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Responsible for capturing live game and promotional footage for use on the ballparks video displays and our MiLB.TV live stream from a stationary or wireless camera. Duties include setting up and breaking down cameras, tripods, and cables; inspecting cameras every game; and working at a fast pace while taking direction via headset.

Responsible for content running on all digital boards and stream via MotionRocket software. This highly attentive position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task while working well under pressure and taking direction. Operators must have a clear understanding of baseball timing and prompting of the crowd. Other duties include having a clear understanding of the script and board configuration for each item; checking graphics pre-game; and making sure names, stats, and boards are always accurate. Previous experience with live audio production in a professional or college sports setting is preferred.

Responsible for directing camera operators and switching between live shots using a NewTek Tricaster, this highly-skilled position will control all live shots on our MiLB.TV stream and video boards. The director must have knowledge of cameras as they will be assisting in making the look universal for screens. Other duties include checking elements and pinpointing areas that need attention, multitasking, and troubleshooting technical issues that arise. Previous replay and live production experience required.

Responsible for cutting and playing back highlights under the pressure of time. Other duties include identifying, logging, and labeling worthy baseball moments while fulfilling the Technical Director’s needs; creating highlight playlists for export at end of game; and paying attention to the details to ensure clips are properly cut and saved. Previous replay or live production experience is required.

Parking attendants should be knowledgeable of parking rate and parking passes. Exceptional customer service skills and basic math skills are required. Parking attendants will be responsible for collecting parking money and directing fans into the appropriate spaces. Training will be provided. Other duties may be assigned by your manager.

Games operators are responsible for providing a fun, safe environment for kids to play in during a Ballers game. They will each be responsible for their area and should pay close attention to the length of play and number of patrons in the bounce house. Exceptional service skills, ability to handle high-alert situations and basic math skills are required. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Security greeters provide a warm welcome to our customers upon arrival at Atrium Health Ballpark, and conduct bag checks and wand scans as fans arrive. Security greeters should have great customer service skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with the public. Security greeters are responsible for enforcing stadium rules for entry, and would work closely with their manager should an issue arise.

• Input all scoring calls from the field and official scorer into the scoreboard
• Keep a high level of focus on the game
• Effectively communicate with the official scorer and stringer to discern the correct call on the field

Responsible for mixing various audio inputs and outputs on our Allen & Heath SQ-5 in a high-pressure environment. While ensuring on field entertainment is running smoothly, they will also monitor sound going to our MiLB.TV Stream, in-house radio broadcast, and our club seating level. Other duties include assisting in editing and uploading of audio files to our Pro Audio system, testing of mics, and knowing time and placement of when to play songs and sound clips best. Previous experience with live audio production in a professional or college sports setting is preferred.
