We are excited to see you at the ballpark this season and to offer a quick and convenient way to order suite food!
- Orders must be received 48 business hours in advance of the game. If you wish to place an order within 48 business hours of the game time, please contact the Catering & Special Events Manager at 334-323-2255 x388.
- Order Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the catering coordinator must recieve notification eight (8) hours prior to game time.
- Day of Game Orders: If you are unable to place an advance order, we welcome you to order when you arrive. Simply contact the suite captain to place your order. Some items may not be available for gameday orders.
- Sales Tax and Service Charge: All sales are subject to applicable sales tax and an 18% service charge. This service charge includes gratuity and it is unnecessary and unexpected for you to give an additional tip.
- Payment Options: You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover to hold your suite order. We must have a credit card to hold the order but you may use an alternate method of payment at the game if you desire.
- Please keep in mind that while the Internet is a convenient tool to make ordering easy for you, we are always available by phone to take your orders and special requests. Please call the Events Coordinator at 334-323-2255 x388 with any questions or requests.
