Bitter Hops Battle Past Indians in 11-6 win

Spokane, Wash. - Hillsboro scored a total of 10 runs across the third, fourth, and fifth innings as they defeated the Indians, 11-6, in front of 6,488 fans at Avista Stadium for is Fireworks & 811 Call Before You Dig Night presented by Avista Utilities, KHQ, & Hot 96.9.Spokane fell to 17-23 in the second half (5.0 GB of Everett) and 50-55 overall with the loss.

TOP PERFOMERS

New arrival Parker Kelly got the Indians on the board in the second with his first High-A home run and finished 1-for-3 with two RBI, two runs scored, and two walks. The former Texas Tech standout is off to a strong start in Spokane, posting a 1.156 OPS through his first three games with the Indians.

Robby Martin Jr. and Cuba Bess both had two hits while Bryant Quijada, Juan Guerrero, and and Jamari Baylor all had one base knock in the loss.
