
In order to provide a safe and enjoyable family atmosphere for our fans, the following will be enforced at all games:
No food, drinks, containers, or outside beverages are allowed to be brought into the ballpark: The National Association of Professional Baseball, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, prohibits bringing any food, beverage, cans, bottles, thermoses, ice chests, or hand containers of any size into the ballpark, regardless of contents.
Child Tickets: Children 3 and under do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark if they are able to sit on an adult's lap for the duration of the game.
Water Bottles: On days that water bottles are allowed due to high heat, our policy is 1 bottle per fan. Clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller, and empty plastic sports bottles are permitted, which can be filled at our water fountains on the concourse. Specific days in which water bottles are allowed will be clearly publicized by the Trenton Thunder.
Bag Policy: We allow small bags and medical/diaper bags inside the ballpark. All bags are subject to search prior to entry
Umbrellas are allowed: Please be mindful of surrounding fans when using an umbrella inside the stadium.
Dietary Needs: The Thunder will gladly assist those with special dietary needs. Please stop by the Thunder ticket office if you have a special dietary need. All bags will be inspected prior to gaining Thunder approval for any outside food and beverage for special dietary needs.
No alcoholic beverages in parking areas: Mercer County regulations prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverages in the surrounding parking lots. This includes, but is not limited to, tailgating and picnics.
No ticket-scalping: Mercer County regulations prohibit the peddling or soliciting of tickets, including the resale of tickets, even if they are resold at face value or less.
No Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed inside Trenton Thunder Ballpark except for specific events or promotions. Specific events and promotions in which pets are allowed will be clearly publicized by the Trenton Thunder.
Shirts and Shoes: Required for all fans at all times.
No Smoking in the Ballpark: This policy complies with New Jersey’s Smoke-Free Air Act of 2006. Trenton Thunder is dedicated to providing a healthy and productive work environment. As required by law (N.J.S.A. 26:3D-55), it will be our policy to provide a tobacco-free worksite. This policy applies to all employees, clients, contractors, vendors, and visitors. (2b) The New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act applies to all enclosed areas of business facilities in New Jersey where employees perform work and for which the employer is responsible. (2a) The management of Trenton Thunder is dedicated to promoting health and wellness and recognizes that tobacco is an extremely addictive substance. This worksite will promote the use of all available resources, including the New Jersey Quitline (1-866-657-8677) and Tobacco-Free for a Healthy NJ Quit Centers to assist those tobacco users who wish to cease their use of such products and will develop a systematic referral system to New Jersey cessation resources. (1a, 1b)
Smoking and use of any tobacco products are prohibited:
•In the stadium, including seating bowl, concourse, suite level lobby, suites, and underneath the stadium.
•All enclosed areas where work is performed, including restrooms, meeting rooms, lunchrooms & private offices
•All employer-leased vehicles used by employees.
•If you wish to smoke, you may exit the ballpark from the stairways, handicap-ramp or elevator and make your way to the designated smoking area located in the grass outside of the first base side season ticket holder entrance (next to the docks on the Delaware River)**
**Tobacco products include any product containing, made, or derived from tobacco or nicotine that is intended for human consumption whether smoked, heated, chewed, absorbed, dissolved, inhaled, snorted, sniffed, or ingested by any other means, including, but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, little cigars, Electronic Nictone Delivery Systems (ENDS), chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco, snuff, including any component, part, or accessory of a tobacco product.
